i remember that when LOT leased planes out they would never change the registration. is this one a lease or a sale?

According to information given on www.lotnictwo.net which seems to be very reliable source, this is LOT 737-400 reg. SP-LLB, which has been leased to AeroSvit for 3,5 months.

They probably wet-leased it for the slow winter months.

However the problem they have is that many leases on 737 are ending soon while EMB 170 that were supposed to replace them are not coming because of lack of certification.
