Looking around the gexx.de website and at their fleet information I was
just wondering what the chances would be to get a Boeing 737 when flying
with Germania Express.
Do Germania and Germania Express change planes? Could a F100 fly for ST and vv.?

Also their fleet status states that they own 7 MD-82/83 which are leased out
(HB-INR,INW,INZ,ISX,ISZ,IUG,IUH). According to my JP Swiss leased them until the end of 2003. So, what will happen with them now? Are they still sitting at ZRH?

As far as I know, the 737s are only operated on charter services (and for Hapag Lloyd Express): I only know of Germania Express using F100s...

The 733 is often used on Gexx flights to Zurich. So, both the F-100 and the 733 are flying for Gexx.

The MD-80's are still stored at ZRH and I don't know what will happen to them. But I gess they will find new operators soon, as the secondhand MD-80's are very popular at the moment.

There is no Germania Express in reality. It´s just one brand of Germania. You can find any Germania a/c (i.e. both 737 and F100) on any Germania flight, and that includes gexx.

Of course the rule of thumb is 737 -> Charter, F100 -> gexx - but please allow me to refer you to these two gexx trip reports, both of which include the 737 in one way or another. (To the dismay of the respective authors  Smile/happy/getting dizzy )
