CDG Still Capped At 55m Pax?

I've been rather curious about this. Since we haven't heard any buzz about a 3rd PAR airport since the 2001 changeover of authority... are they still considering such a restriction.

Also, would it not make more sense to cap movements as opposed to pax? The former is what generates noise... the latter is what generates revenue.
