Hey all,
last Monday an AEROFLOT DC-10 left the runway in HHN (Hahn) during heavy snow and ended up in the grass.
That's what was written in local newspapers:
"HAHN. A Russian cargoairplane deviated from the runway during landing at HHN last Monday. No one was injured. The recovery of the plane lasted until the late evening. The plane (an AEROFLOT DC10) touched down during heavy snowfall at about 16:15 local time, slid and ran into the grass at high speed. The 3 members of the crew weren't injured. The plane, which took off in Nowosibirsk and was loaded with parcels was not damaged. Recovery of the plane was difficult, that's why special cranes had to be ordered from Frankfurt. Some Ryanair-flights had to be canceled because of the incident."
Does anyone have more detailed information about that incident? Maybe some pics?

Some Ryanair flights??? Family of mine was supposed to fly LT into HHN that afternoon, they ended up going via MUC and DUS (last leg by bus!) with 21 hours delay!
