I like to try out a new airline, so I have several. I have received good service on most, if not all of these.
Vanguard Airlines PIT-MDW 737
Spirit Airlines DCA-FLL MD-80
PanAm (new) BWI-PIE 727
Frontier BWI-SAN 737
Midway DCA-TPA 737
ProAir ATL-MCO 737
USA 3000 PIT-PIE A320
My favorite would be the most recent, USA 3000 PIT-PIE. Excellent service, a full meal and movies on the flight. Very friendly and professional.

I've flown Southwest on numerous occasions.... don't really care for them or their way of doing things.
AirTran: Business Class felt just about equal to coach on some other carriers (like AA). I would prefer not to fly them, even if it means flying Delta.
Frontier: I flew them several times pre-Airbus. I was impressed with the service and the employees. The airplanes weren't much to speak of, but the employees were excellent.

I had the pleasure of flying ProAir on multiple occasions. Well, a pleasure for the most part. They did have a tendency to be quite late with flights, however once we did get into the air the trips were all quite comfortable. I flew them:

I flew with FR for the first time last August NCL-DUB-NCL. The seats on the 'Hertz' aircraft are a tight squeeze but the 'Vodafone' aircraft is ok.. Both aircraft were shabby and unclean for flights at 9am. FR tried to fob us off with waiting for another aircraft (as ours had gone tech) coming from the other side of DUB, then they used the aircraft that was sitting next to ours that we had been on for an hour. I would still fly with them again as it is the only way to DUB from the north-east.

I would never go near AirTran, they should have never been allowed to fly after that O2 incident as Valuejet. Southwest believe it or not is not a bad choice, good planes and you get there on time everytime, no frills but that's their biz, Spirit I hear has improved, Allegiant flies here into Laughlin alot, some of their planes look quite old though. Wouldn't fly ATA or America West, I am going to try Sun Country though, they seem good. Would not fly Jet Blue or Carnival.

America West on LAX-PHX-JFK, JFK-LAS-LAX
Other than living only on peanuts for a 5 hour flight (my fault since I wasn't able to grab food from a fast food place in the terminal), I loved flying with them.
Ladies and Gentlemen it's happy hour. You will get two approaches for the price of one.

Well, you can't fly Carnival. They went under a while ago.
