There's a reason why the airline is looking to sell off some of their more valuable assets, for some liquidity so they can have some wiggle room in which to reorganize without resorting to a return to CH. 11. If they do not have a deal in place with a buyer of at least the US Airways Shuttle in the next 6 weeks, they'll be filing for CH. 11 again by May 1.

Day One as Siegel: Do a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats [WN???]). Write a mission statement based on these findings and make it very public. Where is this company going? Who are we going to serve? How are we going to serve the customers?
Day Two: ask the fleet manager if he/she realized we had so many Airbus Aircraft
Day Three: call Tilton at UA and see if he might be interested in us replacing ACA at IAD
