an A346 and A380. Concorde would be good but it would probably kill you with it's heat and jet blast, plus the noise!

I wish BA 747 or VS A340 would fly there. I'd love to fly direct from the UK. Can't see it happening though. They wouldn't get enough customers - only aircraft enthusiasts know where SXM is .

I remember reading somewhere that VS were planning on starting a service to SXM, primarily for cruise passengers, but with a 747.

I'm with BHMNONREV!!
Any airplane that I'm on is the one I want to see at SXM!! With the cold nasty rain we are having today, being there right now would be excellent.

A Stearman towing a banner.
Happiness is not seeing another trite Ste. Maarten photo all week long.

Definitly a G-550 with me in the left seat. I could only imagine flying that close to the ground and seeing people right underneath of me!!!!! Oh to dream.....

Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing! It's a bonus if you can fly the plane again!!

In 97 , we were lucky enough to be 'circling' Antigua on a catamaran (7hrs of a free bar is a bad thing ) , when a US lockheed starlifter came into view from behind at low level, he spotted us , 'waggled' his wings , and then performed a v fast ,steep climbout into the sun - it was Awesome !!
Aside from that , and i would love to go to SXM (especially on a MD11!), i would like to see a Antonov AN22 land there, as i think the noise of those 4 contra-rotating props at lo-level would be cool

I will be out of the horrible Toronto snow and sitting on Maho beach camera in hand by Sunday afternoon, for my 5th trip! Would love to see the Concorde - evidently it did land at SXM once, I believe around 1990, bringing French President Mitterand to the island to meet with Bush 1.
In the realm of the possible - KLM's new 777, Virgin A340, BA 744, Air France back with 747-400 (though the A340 is spectacular landing) or AF 777. From US carriers, a NW A330 or United 744.
I'd also like to see Air Canada land, preferably with an A340 - purely for selfish reasons - would like to travel down on board that rather than squished in Skyservice A320!

I am with all of the people who want to go there... I will in the next few years I know, but for now, I am just dreaming.
As for aircraft that I would like to see, that I have not seen a pic of yet, I would love to see a 777 landing there. Have I just not looked hard enough?
