Today another American was arrested by Brazilian authorities for making obscene gestures while clearing customs.

This is the same thing the AA captain did, but this guy has a smile in his face while his doing it. This happened in the city of Foz do Iguacu, south of the country. If you click on http://www.oglobo.com.br you'll see his picture there.

Seriously, what was this guy thinking? Didn't he read the news on the AA pilot? He goes down there and does exactly the same? Do these people like to lose money? The authorities have him in house arrest at a local hotel, and confiscated his passport and will only return it after the payment of 50,000 reais in fines (roughly US$ 17,000).
