Bombardier announced that Utah-based SkyWest Airlines, a feeder airline for United, Delta and Continental, has converted options into firm sales for a dozen more regional jets.
The contract, valued at $390 million Cdn, is for 10 CRJ200, 50-seat aircraft and two CRJ700, 70-seat models.
SkyWest now has placed firm orders for 32 Bombardier 70-passenger regional jets and still has options on 39 CRJ200s and 80 CRJ700s.
Good news for Bombardier.
Never let the facts get in the way of a good theory.

Can you say IAD? If not them, then someone to rotate out of ORD for these to be used there.
