According to UA, our partnership with US has reached the 60% mark and is still climbing (as of Feb 01 2004). The rest of the integration will focus on international service and both carriers express routes. This is all before the Star Alliance deal is done!
Pretty cool! God love 'em though! This agreement and Star will bring a lot of money their way, hopefully they'll pull through these tough times!
The debate continues... Starwood or Hyatt... which is better

I must say it seems as though the partnership with UA is working really great for US. We have a lot of passengers connecting onto UA, seemlessly to cities that US doesn't frequent or doesn't even fly to. That works out well. Looking forward to the Star though. Strangely I have not heard aboout it for a while. I thought after the LH codeshare it would have been soon after, but I guess not.

It doesn't really matter whether or not US goes under in terms of the Star Alliance...every one of those carriers is in trouble, in fact every legacy carrier in the US is in trouble. These days, no one is immune to catastrophe.
