I wish they would hurry up. which summer are we on about, 2010? It seems like it, if they leave it any longer summer will be over and done with!

They have increased frequencies recently so maybe that's it!!!!
On the website, it says that Greece Airlines is getting some more aircraft for Air Scotland, but there don't appear to be any signs of any being prepared for the airline.

Flyglobespan have got quite a head start on Air Scotland this year.

They still have some winter timetable frequencies that haven't even started yet! Get a move on Air Scotland!

Do Air Scotland qualify for the grants from the Scottish Exectutive? I'm pretty sure FloGlobespan do.

I know Air Scotland will operate from NCL on sundays operating a flight to Palma and a flight to Barcelona.

Is this an increase on last year's timetable at NCL? They flew to Palma but I can't remember if they went to Barcelona as well.

Its a decrease. Last summer they had 3 weekly flights (2 PMI and 1 BCN).
They compete with easyJet who will offer daily services to PMI and BCN from NCL this summer.

I heard that the new schedule for Air Scotland was announced this morning for the Summer. Details can be found on the swanky new website: www.air-scotland.com/

Seem to be able to book all flights except for the flights from Prestwick. Wonder why they are flying to Palma from Prestwick?

Flights offered are:

NCL - Gerona; Palma; Barcelona
ABZ - Barcelona; Palma (suprised they are returning here as I heard loads were low on these flights last year)
EDI - Barcelona; Alicante; Malaga; Palma;Gerona;Reus
GLA - Barcelona; Alicante; Tenerife; Malaga; Palma;Gerona;Reus; Athens (?)
PIK - Palma

Good luck to them anyway. They seem to be on an even keel now.

No neither of these airlines get any of the SE fund. It is basically for new routes that will benefit inbound tourism and business to Scotland.

Is the Greece partnership a permanent thing or just until Air Scotland stabilizes???

Neutrality means that u don't really care cos the struggle goes on even when ur not there, blind and unaware

Looks like it is reasonably permanent. Greece Airways is run by former employees of Electra.

They confuse me! Their summer timetable they have here:

http://www.air-scotland.com/otherinfo/flight_info.asp

doesn't match with what they have in their reservations!:
