Why Did PIA Send B743s To BOM This Week?

Hi...Im wondering why PIA sent on its 2 weekly MON and FRI morning flights to BOM from KHI, a Boeing 747-300 ex CX???

Why this week all of a sudden?

Does it have anything to do with the head of the Muslim Bohri Community/Sect visiting Dubai this week? Or is he coming to KHI too?

I remember in 1998-99 too when this man came to KHI, my grandparents were on PK 275 SAT evening flight in those days and it was a 398 seater pax B 742 and they said that the whole plane was full of Bohris as they had requested PIA to send a 3 jumbos for a few days to accomodate the huge demand/rush to see their community's head person in KHI.

Does this week's sending of B 743s to BOM too have something to do with this?

Could be a sudden increase of passengers load or probably cargo loads. Could either be one or both reasons.
