As I wandered to database, I found this photo of a United Airlines 747-400 at Prague. Would anyone have any idea the reason behind its visit there?

I live in PRG and saw the UA 747 many times there. They told me that they transporting US soldiers and stuff between Iraq and USA. They stop in PRG to refuel and rest the crews. The flights are operated on almost on daily baisis.

Good day.

It is nice to see the UA 744 return to Europe. Does it still serve FRA?
Anyway, it's great to see at Prague, as well as back at LHR. That was something for the fans Big thumbs up

PRG-KWI is crewed by LHR based flight attendants who deadhead one way, have a two or three hour sit in Kuwait and immediately fly back to PRG for a long layover. It was my understanding that we also have RIV (riverside military base) to PRG on the 744 as well. I believe we have daily service for this military charters.

A few of my LHR friends have worked these flights and say it's a blast! They also have a mechanic or two onboard on every trip as there is no commercial aircraft support at the airbase in Kuwait.

The debate continues... Starwood or Hyatt... which is better
