Hi,
Don't know if this was posted before but I was wondering how many aircraft are currently painted in the new colors beside the 777 (N775UA I believe). I just saw a 733 (N309UA) in the new colors taxing at ORD so I guess that makes 2 hehe. Any others? Thanks in advance for the info.

I think that's it for mainline aircraft for right now.
However, there is a United Express CRJ-200 (I'm pretty sure it's SkyWest-owned/operated) in the new colors as well.

No Skywest in the new livery yet that I know of. Only Air Whisky with 1 CRJ. # total A/C that I can count, but a few 737 will be headed in soon from what other threads have said. The old Shuttle planes will be first, so its been said. Let you knwo when I start seeing the OO planes here in the new colors.

ZW (Air Wisconsin) is flying a CR2 in the New colors. I've heard OO (Skywest) has one coming as well... However thats just speculation, Haven't heard or seen anything official. Infact, two days ago, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I saw a CR2 on finals here in EUG...It appeared to be a new colored CR2, however, AIR WIS doesn't fly into EUG as of right now, So I concluded it was something else, however I swear it was a new color CR2!

Hey flyboy80 that may have been a Mesa plane, I know that they fly for UA and are in the process of re-painting planes so it is possible that it may have been them. Did you happen to see a tail reg. on the plane??

World Headquarters has announced that 72 aircraft will be in the new livery for 2004. Some of these will be new aircraft for UAX being delivered and others will be aircraft repainted after heavy maintenance.

I could have sworn that Air Wisconsin has at least 2 CRJ's in thew new scheme... N466AW, and I thought there was another picture with a different reg.

I bet AirWiscy has got two CRJs in new colors. I saw two of them parked next to each other at DEN on Friday. When I talked to the SkyWest Captain, he said that the CR7 was delivered in old colors, and he knows of no planes in their fleet wearing new colors. Hope that sheds some light on it.

Oh it looks so much better on the 737 than the 777
Will it look as good on the 757s or 767s?
I think it will look horrible on a 744
Folks, why don't we ask UA to bring back a few 720s and 727s, Caravelles and DC8's and paint them in the new livery so we can get the full spectrum of looks and opinions! (No offense meant to 744Flagship)
...and what about US Airways' proposed new livery?

Is United ever going to decide on new interiors, or should we just expect current interiors for now?

For the umpteenth time, the new interiors were rolled out in the 2000-2001 timeframe and are being progressively retrofitted. The new interior reconfig is on a different schedule than the new paint.

The colorscheme is already on one 777, one 737, and one Canadair 600 RJ. Looks great!
Will look glorious on the 744 and the Airbuses!

Add to that the 767. The 757, we'll have to wait and see. Not too sure about this outcome. Probably will turn out good.

Flying though ORD a couple of days ago I saw a CRJ and a mainline, probably B777 partially blocked from the concourse so I couldn't fully ID it. I like the new paint jobs, much brighter, hopefully the same will hold true for UAL's future.
