Don't know if's already posted. LH confirmed today the launch of FRA-Rostov service thrice weekly with Canadair (didn't specify if -200 or -700). Also Ufa will be launched via Samara from Frankfurt three times a week with Airbus 319. Both flights will be started on May, 1st depending on approval by government

FRA-Rostov sounds very interesting to me - but again a more than 2 hours flight in a CRJ is just not nice. It's about time that Unions give in and LH City line is allowed to operate larger aircrafts.

Your welcome. Ufa is also in Russia proper, unless Bashkortostan that you speak of is a semi-autonomous region within Russia, or a region fighting for independence. Is either of these the case?
