Thai Airways Looking at Six Companies for 747s
Dow Jones reports that six foreign companies are competing to provide Thai Airways International PCL with used Boeing 747s since the company cancelled its plan with United Airlines to acquire seven of its 747-400s.
The airline reportedly will decide whether to lease or buy planes to substitute the failed deal within the next five weeks.
