It looks like it ran off the runway on landing (the reverse-thrust panel seems to be open). Also, some of the people are wearing coats, maybe because it is raining. This could have made the runway slippery.

Left runway and ended up on grass - not evident in this picture, but the nosewheel collapsed and there was some damage to the engine nacelles too.
