I was browsing through the CO photos, and I came across this one:

I know that this could not have been taken at EWR; there's a B6 plane on the left side of the picture. Does anyone recognize this airport? I would think Floria because it's a CO 753 (and that's where most of them go) and because there is a B6 plane, but the hill in the back makes me think that it can't be Florida (Where in Florida is there a hill like that? It's all dead flat!).

If anyone knows the airport, I'm sure the editor could change the pic to the correct information.

this photo was taken in Ft. Lauderdale. EWR-FLD.

I flew on the first flight of the CO 757-300 EWR-FLD January 10, 2002. Such a new plane smell seats where wonderful! Great flight!

I had the same thought about the hill--at first glance it doesn't look like Florida--but given that the same photographer took several other photos at FLL that day, I think we have a winner!  Smile

I think the Ex CO plane is a B727 probally being stored for Fed Ex with the Shorts 360s.
