Well, It looks like BNA will get a airline this summer with the addition of Frontier Airlines on 22 June. The Press Release said they will fly twice daily with their new A318's to Denver.

I think they are going to compete heavily with WN here at BNA. A lot of WN flights go to the west coast and now people will have a choice of a more upscale airline. BNA is one of WN's bigger cities. Although F9 with only 2 flights and seeing those times, the frequency sucks when you can go WN at any time.

I think you'll see Frontiers service increase overtime. I'll also predict that once JetBlue gets their Embraer 190's, you'll see BNA added to their route structure as well.

That's good news. Right now the only nonstop service from BNA to the West is a few WN flights and AA's BNA-LAX. There's a significant West Coast market in Metro Nashville (music industry).
