I was wondering, how is it that a start-up carrier can get all the information that they need to start up a new carrier? I am referring to positions within the airline aircraft prices, fuel prices etc. and actually get an accurate estimate of the costs? I would appreciate this very much.

The Boeing and Airbus websites have price lists of their products.

I think it's easier to find the prices on the Boeing website.
