I have seen this picture...
http://www.airliners.net/open.file/487761/L/

Really are there any more planes out there to match this old and worn livery and plane?

I don't know why I totally love this airline's B743??!?!?!?!?
Call me crazy but its so old and worn that its like the millenium falcon from Star Wars type of sweet thing...

I know I am not making much sense, but are there any one out there like Angola? I saw Nigeria airways's B742 but it wasn't a high quality photo...

Any suggestions?

Boaz...

Check out Air Canada's retrojet theme, its on the A319 I believe.

Also I think American Airlines has one too.

If i am not mistaken....this TAAG 743 is an ex-Swissair bird.

Yeah I've seen the pictures of them I also have a model of an AA 757 in retro, but this one is a classic 747 in a classic, but worn colour scheme...AMAZING...

I don't know which one is in the picture, but one of their 743's are from SIA...

Boaz...

Hi!

Well the painting needs a little make up indeed, but don't you think it's a nice livery? I personally think is one of the best carried in a 747. TAAG 743's are ex Swissair - D2-TEB - and ex SIA - D2-TEA. At this moment TAAG is the only 747 operator to land at LIS.
About Angola, the air transportation there is like most of african countries, it's not that safe and if you look to TAAG safety record it's not that good. But on international flights they are acceptable.
I remember when they started, they received 2 ex BCAL old 707's that where normally hangar queens at TAP hangars!
I think both Boeing and Airbus should invest some time there because Angola is quite a rich country and they could renew all their fleet.
Regards

I saw a Angolan 744 at JNB when I drove past the other day.
