Just brainstorming major international destinations only served by one American carrier.

Here is what I can think of:

DL:

IST
BOM (is it BOM that they serve via CDG?)
SVO

CO:

GVA
TLV
Guam?

what about others?

Delta isn't even the largest US carrier to BOM. That honor lies with Northwest.

How could that be? DL flies B767-300ER and NW flies rust-bucket DC-10-30. I mean, it's an *ER*!  Laugh out loud

I'm sure AA has a few down in South America but I can't prove it.
Also, AA in PAP.

CO won't be alone in Glasgow come the summer when US launches PHL-GLA.

DL is also alone in VCE and BCN.

Guam?

Guam is not an international destination. Though, besides that fact, Northwest flies there.

American Airlines is the only US carrier at (and, in some cases, the only international airline) at:

Asuncion, Paraguay
Belo Horizonte, Brazil
Bonaire, Netherland Antilies
Cali, Colombia
Canouan Island, St Vincent and the Grenadines
Dominica, Dominicana
Maracaibo, Venezuela
Medellin, Colombia
Nevis, St Kitts and Nevis
La Paz, Bolivia
Pointe A Pitre, Guadeloupe
Port Au Prince, Haiti
Santa Cruz, Bolivia
Wallblake, Anguilla
