I just found a full length video of the Dansih group "E-Type" performing "Africa". I believe this was shot on a B767. Have a look. Here it is for all to see.

http://www.stockholmrecords.com/repository/53/EType-Africa_56k.ram

Does anybody know of any other locations of music videos shot on aircraft ?

Go yakkin !!!!!!

Didn't the Backstreet Boys have a 727 in one of their videos?

Foo Fighters "Learn to fly" - no idea what aircraft type.
And German a.netters: Do you remember the video of 2raumwohnung "Nimm mich mit"? I think the video was shot on a Lufthansa A340.
And once again an old German video: Mr President "Up 'n away" which was shot on a Lufthansa B747-200. I fact that whole "Up 'n away" thing was just a big LH commercial.

How can we forget the new Britney Spears video, she's a flight attendant for part of it. I haven't seen the whole video, just parts, so I don't know the model.

Learn to Fly was a great music video. And Britney didn't look too bad either, maybe one of the airlines could consider that uniform for their next makeover.....

On second thoughts, rather not.....

I think one of Dr.Dre's videos was shot inside an aircraft.

Another example, was Berlin "Take My Breath Away" form the Top Gun soundtrack. It was shot not in the air but on a a/c graveyard with lots of old props.

How much A is there is Airliners Net ? 0 or nothing ?

The landing shot on the Foo Fighters video was a 727. Loved that hard bank it makes...

And the Backstreet Boys use a 727... hmmmm... maybe those music types know a great plane when they see one...

The Corrs have a video which extensively features a parked up DC3 / C47.
The shots are numerous but all very fleeting.

Funny, I can remember the aircraft but not the album, or the song.

Oh yes, that was "Keep their m*thaf*ckin' heads ringin'", back in ~1995. It was shot in a military B707/720, IIRC.

The Africa video with E-type was shot entirely in one of the cabin mockups at SAS Flight Academy during a weekend when it wasn't in use.

And those F/As look just as hot in real life as in the video!  Big thumbs up

I just was thinking about this last night as I watched an old "Yes" video from the '80's on VH1 Classics. In the background of most of the video is an old Bac 1-11 that is painted white with more or less a rainbow colored cheatline down the middle of the aircraft.

foo fighters is a great band, and "Learn to Fly" is one of my favorite music videos of all time. Judging from some characteristics of the interior, it was either a 737 or 757. My best guess is a 757. The seat patterns I could not guess what they were from.

U2's "beautiful day" video took place at some airport. My best guess would be somewhere in ireland. Wherever it was, they played on a runway and planes were taking off above the band. I guess those were computer images, or they would have been blown away.
