I dropped by the old 1940's Air Terminal at HOU that is being restored. It is now open to the public. So far, only the North section is open but you can see the rest through glass walls. Some former pilots have lent their memorabilia collections for display in this terminal. Right now, the walls are all torn up awaiting replastering. But they have some pictures of the place in it's hey day. They have a Martin 404 in flyable condition sitting out in front. Soon it will be sent off to be painted in EA colors. I think this is going to be a very interesting place when completed. Has anyone else gone by this place?

Outside of the terminal, you mentioned a Martin 404 there. Was this in addtion to the Universal Airlines DC-6 that was there during and after the SuperBowl weekend?
I need to get down to HOU more often instead of staying around IAH...
