Since WN is entirely comprised of point-to-point routes, I was wondering about where their crew bases are. Every city they serve has at least 10-12 flights a day, so there are no "outstations", so to speak, so I'd like to know how WN manages their crew bases. I know that there are some major WN cities such as BWI, MDW, and HOU, but I would be interested to hear how this works.

Also, I would think that WN's complicated route structure must lead to some pretty messed up trips for the F/A's and pilots. On the majors, trips often consist of a hub and back (i.e. EWR-PBI-EWR or ORD-SEA-ORD). How does WN put their trips together for the F/A's?
