Just took a look at the schedules.
MEA will code-share with Qatar Airways' Beirut flight starting March 28.
Doha (DOH) - Beirut (BEY)
Beirut (BEY) - Doha (DOH)
In the summer, Qatar Airways will upgrade this flight to an A321 and add a 2nd daily late night flight on an A320, QR428/429. MEA will also code-share on this 2nd flight as ME439/438.
It will operate until the end of September.
It's good that MEA will be code-sharing on this flight because it provides additional options to MEA customers and it will increase overall loads on the flight. Perhaps we will see Qatar Airways operate a 2nd flight on a couple days of the week throughout the rest of the year, or upgrade to an A300-600R which they do quite often on the route.
Regards

In addition, MEA has partnered up with the 2nd largest Lebanese bank, Banque Audi to create an MEA credit card in which MEA Cedar Miles members can acquire mileage points when using this credit card on anything they buy.
Two cards are offered, the silver card and the gold card.
With the silver card, you earn one mileage point for every $1.50 spent and with the gold card, you earn one mileage point for every $1.00 spent.
