Indeed that's civil aviation, but to answer your question:
Clean and easy to reach, only problem: Whenever I hang around the Lounges, which is mostly during morning and evening rush-hours, they are occupied, during daytime, I don't know. So when you get there, make sure to make a reservation SOON!

I use them often in FRA and they are excellent. Everything you need. But as mentioned reserve as soon as you get in. I have never had a real problem though.

if you have an option, try AF. their showers at the arrivals lounge CDG-2C are amazing, and there is never a wait. they have 2 or 3 showers at 2F and 2E that I have used, but if you have the time schlep over to 2C.
