In your opinion, which US airline delivers the most consistent levels of customer service?

Consistent--a bad experience once in a while, but usually pretty good
1. American
2. Continental
3. United

Inconsistent
1. Delta (the worst by far)
2. Northwest
3. US Airways

Widgetboi, let me try to catch your drift......... so, you ALWAYS can count on Delta, Continental and United to CONSISTANTLY provide you a FULL can of soda. And if I attempt to follow your logic, American, US Airways and Northwest "sometimes" give you a full can, while "other times" they don't? Doh!
