Parts Of Airbus A310 At Port Of New Orleans

I was taking the John James Audubon to the Aquarium and on the way there, I could see what appeared to be sections of an A310 Fuselage on the docks. It was on my left side while on the way to the aquarium. It had some numbers that started with 3T-***. Any info?
