Yesterday I flew LX from the US to Zurich. I was surprised to be given a metal knife with my dinner. Are there any other airlines offering metal knives on flights in/out of the US ?

Metal Flatware has been back since at least last October on CO and NW/KL in WBC and BizFirst.
