Ok, this isnt a topic to ask what aircraft i'll be flying on, because i know that (except for it being a B744) nobody will know.
1. Will anybody be at MCO or at LGW on the 5th of April to see us (VS027). Will anybody be taking pics then? Or even on the 19th April when we return (VS016 this time).
2. Is row 36 on the B744 for VS rubbish? I know that row 37 wont have a window and is right next to the toilets and so it'll be noisy, smelly and crowded (sucks to the rest of my family who will be in 37 ), but is 36 any better. I've tried to judge through seat maps and pictures to whether 36 will have a window or just a wall, but does anybody know for sure?

I thought they used -200s on this flight? As for the -400, im a fan of sitting back in the 50s really- longer cabin and therefore you are more likely to be further from galleys/WCs/etc that can be all too annoying on a long flight. That plane is gonna be cram packed though, MCO is always popular, and with the holidays, whoa man, dont envy you on that way out! Looking at virginflyer.com though, 36 could be ok, if you have a window. But i bet its going to be loud and annoying the whole way.

Our flight leaves at 20:25 so i don't think it's likely we'll see each other. Still, we'll be at the same airport on the same day going to the same city .
The -200's used to be used on the MCO flights until just after 9/11 when they were all dumped or sold. (Now of course they have leased two back for the MAN-MCO flights) I know it's going to be jam packed with kids screaming everytime there's a bump. The return shouldn't be as bad because most kids will be back at school on the day before we get home. In fact I'm sure a lot of families would be going today rather than monday.
