Well not sure if this fits under what you are looking for in this topic, but I always save at least one package of peanuts from Southwest Airlines. I have quite a collection now, some as old as 10 years!

I took a "life vest" from a B 727....I was on Royal Airlines flying back from Halifax, Nova Scotia. It kept rolling out from under my seat.... where I had several live lobsters in a box... so I though... what the heck... and slipped it into the box with the lobsters!

The only things I take off aircraft are the safety cards (wrong i know, but i collect them, and if the airline find that there isn't one there then they'll just replace it with a new one so it isn't as bad as taking a life jacket ), the wet paper towels, the pretzels (if i dont eat them on the flight) and the butter

I used to take the air sickness bags with me. Unused of course
I had some dozens of them because also friends and family members collected them for me. But then I got tired of it and threw them away. Too bad, I should have sold them on ebay
