The new terminal, new security, etc.? Anything?

BurbankAir.com has a link to new terminal info but it always shows a 404 error msg. The map shows the profile of old terminal only. Good question. That was my first a/l job site.

Short of the airport being re-named for Bob Hope, not much new at good ole BUR that I've heard or read.

Don't hold your breath on the new terminal anytime soon. The problem is that local yokels hear "new terminal" and they automatically assume a dramatic increase in number of flights offered, late-night flights, etc. They don't understand that the current terminal doesn't meet FAA minimums and a new terminal would just replace current service.

Their website is www.burbankairport.com. There's a "breaking news" section that was last updated in January. HA!
