BA Boeing 757s have one, but I cant remember the row, I think it might be 12. I suffered from Larnaca to Heathrow once - but I swapped it for a backward facing crew seat right at the front - far more exciting! Also, their Boeing 767s have them too.
This was the culprit...
You can see where the windows are missing, behind door 2L

24Oct 2002 flew NRTSYD on QF747 VHEBS,had a K seat cant remember the row number was but was first row behind the middle door no window and worst of all almost no legroom, if youve flown on a 747 you will have notice a large bump at the bottom of the door were the emergency slide is stored, well this was about 9ins from the front of the seat at my right foot and about 18ins at my left, happily the middle seat was empty so i slide along,if the flight had been full it would have been a nightmare...oh the pleasures of staff travel

I flew on December 25th 1995 with TWA Flt 741 from Frankfurt to New York/JFK on N602TW and I was seated in Seat 12-1 (later 12-A) and this had no Window. The crew told me this was the former Business Class Section that`s the reason it had no window! It was suck but the fine TWA Service and nice crew made my journey afterall very good! I miss TWA, but never choose seat 12A on their 762`s!!!
