My vote goes to NRT! I have connect twice through that disaster! Not enough seats. Scary food outlets at high prices. NO ROOM for y class pax. Two hour plus waits for customs. If I have to connect in Asia ICN is the ONLY way to connect. Beautiful new facilities with lots of room and good food options.

the worst ive been through is either LHR or FCO.LHR is very big, with lots of aircraft and airlines, but the problem is getting where you need to go.FCO is just plain confusing.I could not go anywhere.then theres security!there were several metal detectors, and 20 lines of hundreds of people behind it.Both are horribly confusing.

IAD can be pretty hard to work through, it is not exactly chaotic, but just a load of work with the shuttles and the connections and that stuff...
LHR...well...pretty...i dunno...not too good experience, but to be honest, i was there after a 24hrs trip, 5 more to go, 3 hrs waiting time...not the best conditions...i would like to give it a new chance...will do soon...

Miami, Miami, Miami......although the terminal for Delta and USAirways is nice and usually quiet (simply becuase it is at the far end of the airport), the rest of the airport is pure chaos and hassle. Not a great place to either begin or end a trip.

DFW is the worst airport in the U. S. of A. The entire premise of the semi-circle terminal design is flawed. The locals wanted to drive right up to the departure gate. Great idea until the return flight docks at the opposite end of the horseshoe. Pity the poor connecting passengers who may have to trek across a highway if an Eagle jet is involved.
The spread out eateries make for slim pickings if you're in a hurry and want something close to the gate.
The men's rooms resemble some old filthy gas station on its best day.
Waiting for a gate upon arrival is normal AA procedure. One time, we waited over 1 hour when gates were clearly available.
The new people mover and international terminal may be just enough to move DFW off the bottom of my list.

: MIA is an old, dated facility without any good food concessions past security, and the security lines can be monstrous. DFW is also not good because o
