How many here if the flight looks full will go to the ticket counter and ask if they are asking for volunteers to give up their seats and of course get a "reward" for doing so? I have been successful on the last 4 time flying within the year and have taken some nice trips.
The next generation of aircraft is just around the corner!

I've volunteered any time I fly, unless I have to be at my destination at a specific time. With the vouchers, I have gotten free trips or very cheap trips to SAT, LAS, SEA, BOS, and YHZ.
I have a few times where they needed some seats, but not so many that I've been put on a later flight. In those instances, I was put in first class.
