Looks like 4 May 2004 is when US Airways will join Star Alliance. All US Airways flights start showing under the Star Alliance timetables that date. We should know more this week.

This seems kinda silly to me. Maybe they should get out of the red and into the black before they worry about this. Oh well, they will be ceasing operations within a year or two anyway. I will be sad to see them go.. only 1 trip with them, but 1 of them was my best flight ever! (June - August 2001, SEA - PIT - AVP - PIT - SEA, A320, 733, Prop, A319)

Finally! I have a good US Airways online timetable (I prefer the format of the Star timetable over that which DL/US uses), plus the other one is (at least from what I've seen) not updated that much (equipment is always wrong, and the times are off a bit too).

Wouldn't it have made sense to announce this BEFORE the timetables were loaded? You know, so that your customers can take advantage of the alliance carriers and benefits? Once again, US doesn't make the most of an opportunity presented to them. Whether through their fault or not, they should've been more prepared to take advantage of this.
