I am not sure that Alitalia used to fly the 744 in pax version, may be in F version. Alitalia has sold out all its pax 747.

Even though part of China Airlines, don't forget Mandarin Airlines, Condor also flew them and the Sultan of Brunei. Didn't Abu Dubai or UAE just get two of them?
Have built models of all except Air Pacific, Ansett, Brunei, Condor, RAM, Saudi

Thrust-
Alitalia never operated the 744, all 747-443s built were taken up immediately by Virgin Atlantic.
Pronto-
Both Air Pacific and Ansett currently and used to respectively operate the 744.

Aussie747-
Please read the initial topic of the thread prior to posting, titles can be deceiving. The topic is regarding current and past operators of the 744 only. There would be a far larger list of operators if it concerned the entire 747 fleet all the way back to 1969.

I didn't say they didn't ever have 'em - I said I have not built models of them...I build 1/200 scale airliners and those(6) are some of the ones I have not built
