As Industrybuff said this route is flown by a 2 class 744 which will be the last 744's to be refitted with Skybed's, although from time to time a 3 class aircraft appears it will likely not have Skybeds as Skybed aircraft are almost exclusivly used on LHR and HKG flights at the moment.
Also Industrybuff LAX-BNE will be a 2 class service when it starts non-stop!
I would have to say that you have 1 in 8 chance on getting a B744 with the new 'Skybed'!
How do you work that out when they have 30 744's, what about the other 22? I would say 1 in 30 or 22 if you fon't count the 2 class aircraft.
