Hi Megatop,

I just can tell you Qantas is one of my favourite airlines. They really care about every passenger and in Economy Class you get so many amenities, some of them are usually for C or F class in other companies (personal kit with Gucci mini-after shave and lotion, all the mini-alcohol and wine bottles you want, the food is excellent, etc, etc.)

Have a great flight with them and please let us know how it was, ok?

I 've flown LHR Perth on QF via SIN: it was a great flight, even in economy on such a long range. The return flight was on a BA flight MEL LHR via SIN and wasn't comparable.

Good flight.

yup i have flown on the sectors QF17/18 before, final destination being singapore though. it was incredibly cheap for us ... just 698 SGD ( about less than 340 EUR ) for a return SIN-CDG-SIN ticket.

flight was severely overbooked both ways. the QF entertainment system is good, but no where in comparison to that of the major Asian carriers' at the moment : in terms of choice of movies , AVOD , video games et al.

cabin crew onboard were mainly french and australian, with some asian cabin crew members. the service is quite standard ; it's very difficult to generalise from just one trip. the amenity kit is just a normal one with eyepatch and socks and toothbrush ! they issue Q Snack kits , with an apple and some mints which you chew on while you watch the inflight movies.

but oh my .. one french FA wore the darkest blood-red lipstick and had this amazing strut with the sharpest jet-black stilettoes. goodness .. i thought the musical CHICAGO was doing some publicity through the QF staff.

You should have a great flight Megatop. They normally use a 2 class aircraft, so I would recommend that you try and get either an exit seat or if they are unavalable, try to get the very front row of Economy.
They are good seats because you can stretch your legs under the bulkhead that seperates economy from business. The bulkhead wall does not go all the way to the floor so there is some room for you to stretch out your legs!

QANTAS IS THE BEST. YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR FLIGHT. LONG LIVE THE SPIRIT OF AUSTRALIA.... I have flown them many times, Internationally they are better than domestic. I have now collected over 163 Qantas Boarding passes and still counting.

Megatop why are you not taking a Megatop to Perth?

I'm taking QF SIN-CDG in 13 days and CDG-SIN on May 18. It's my first time on a Qantas flight from SIN and I'm looking forward to it. I mean, it was so cheap, at S$688, which is EUR375.

Will let you know what it was like!
