About two weeks ago, a user on this site pointed out the US Airways Company Store at http://www.usairwayscompanystore.com. I found some good stuff on there and called the number on the site. I got an automated message saying the number was disconnected. So I called Reservations and the rep never knew it existed. She checked with someone else and they didn't know anything, either. What is up with this?

I was the user who pointed that out, and upon further checking, the store has been closed I'm sorry to say. As you discovered, many employees never knew of the store, and sales were low, so they decided it was no longer worth it to offer the merchandise there. Again, sorry for my mistake.

No problem USAIRWAYS321. I just think it would have been more appropriate for them to deactivate the site. Do other airlines have similar stores?

Yeah, they should've taken the site down, but that would take time and effort, and would be convenient, and this is US Airways we're talking aboout here, can't have any of that!
I think American does have a similar store, but I'm not sure.

They used to have company store at LGA and PIT. I know the LGA store closed about 10 years ago. Don't know about PIT. Is there one in CLT area?

As has the CLT store; they do not have anywhere for the public to buy merchandise any longer.
