I Swear, that is the dumbest thing I have seen. I think things that are fake, that are made to appear to be real, really bother me, and that video does it each time. Besides, hasn't that video been discussed before?

Yes, it's been here so many times, and the story of the making of it has been discussed also - it is a Flash/Adobe Premiere job!
As it has been plagiarized so many time, I shall attach the original Heineken advert, one of a series of Heineken send-up ads, which hopefully will make more sense to those who've only seen a little bit of it!

The aircraft is an a319, and the airline is a (fictional?) TBW air.
The Airport is most certainly AMS! You can see the KLM and Northwest airlines 747s and DC10s respectively, aprked in the distance towrds the end of the clip.
Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience.
