Hooters Air is adding another city. Gary, IN has been added to their reservation system and flights are bookable from June 10th.

Gary Indiana, I am sure they must have received a sweet offer from the airport to come into Gary. I really think that there would be other cities higher on the list than Gary. It must really be one sweet deal for them to consider this. Tho Pace is now or will be soon flying from YNG and that is being heavily subsidized so I am sure this is as well, and after all Pace does fly as Hotters.

The answer is right there in your question. Southeast Airlines. That was a month or two ago. They fly out of ABE, my hometown airport.

I am not sure of the whole story about YNG! I am sure it had to be political in nature to have brought this airport back to life, as it is in one of the most depressed areas of the so called rust belt, and PIT is right around the corner, so I have no idea of why they needed this....

Someone who lives on the street behind mine said he hated hooters air. I can't think of ANYONE else who hates Hooters Air.

Yes, three 737s, older ones and a 757. Who knows what the future will bring for this airline. I hope they get some more planes, whether regional or more 757s.
