Over the years I've heard of various different takes on the interpretation of airline initials by people in the industry, for example (and I hope I don't cause any offence with any of these - certainly none is intended!):

TWA - "Try Walking Airlines"
BOAC - "Bend Over Again Christine"

and a new one I heard just today (cheers RB211LTN!):

BIA (British Island Airways) - "Blimey, It's Arrived"

I was just wondering if anyone had heard of any others, or, dare I say it, could suggest any new ones...

Just a bit of fun!

I'm sure I've heard others, but these two come to mind immediately:
SABENA = Such A Bad Experience, Never Again
TAP = Take Another Plane

We know you're new, so welcome!

Just try a search and you'll find hundreds of names, as discussed ad nauseum in recent months!

United = Divided

AA = Arrogant A**
Delta = Doesn't Ever Leave The Airport
