A&E Airline! Reruns! Arrggggg

Well that time has come! Reruns! I am not watching tonight! Angry

Well after a nice start the show kinda fizzled. I hope next season we see something new, with the addition of BWI maybe we will. Though new faces are only going to last a short time. They need some new angles and new stories! Not just drunks, bumped and late pax! I am going to hang in there, I am a faithful viewer! Who is with me! Smile/happy/getting dizzy

When I was back in England we had a few shows like Airline.

ITV showed Airline on firstly Brittania and then EasyJet. Also on BBC1 Airport which was an awesome show!

Seriously tho... this show is so overrated. The tv channels have run out of ideas. Ive got better things to do that watch something I see every time that I work.

I can't blame you, I watch the show not to see WN but to see everyday people make morons of themselves. You are right though, this show has lost it's charm, BUT it can REDEEM itself! Though this is highly unlikely I will keep the faith, I am almost like a hopeless NYJet fan! I am a huge fan of A&E and will give it a chance to make a better season. Besides where am I going to see a hot momma like Anita! Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I am watching a rerun right now and I really enjoy watching Suzie. Hot hot hot hot hot. But they just had an advertisement for season two. Hopefully they will have some good stuff on it.

The show is a good idea, but as far as reruns go it seems alot less interesting when you've seen it 3 times over. Also, drunk/late/overweight passengers are getting old, they should find something else to film for a change. Hopefully season 2 will have a litte more to it.

You are right! Suzie is a little minx! Out of the two reruns I have to say the first one was my favorite when it premiered. I love that guy who everything goes wrong for! I felt bad for him. As for the second season I had my VCR on record so I will check it out. I hope their are some hotties at BWI! Keep the faith! Smile/happy/getting dizzy

The second rerun was not as good as the first, I love the FA that hit a slot at Terribles for $400 and didn't even throw the cashier a bone!

I think that show has gotten dumb in the last few weeks. It's always the same thing. Drunk is late to the gate, argues with agent, blames agent that they didnt call him. Passenger is late to check in tries to blame it on check-in. I mean get their when ur supposed to. Not 10mn before departure.

If the highlight of your week is a Monday night show about drunks and stupid passengers, well.... Due to the repetitive nature of the drunks and losers shown week to week, I stopped watching it.

Maybe that's a topic for the Non Aviation forum: "Things NIKV69 should do on Monday nights."

Hey, I happen to like the show, It is a bit repetitive but pretty darn funny! Just because you may not like it doesn't mean other people here don't. I have no trouble getting women and I usually don't do anything on Monday nights and have to be in bed early so why wouldn't I watch? I watch "Viva la Bam" and "Jackass" to name a few. "Airline" will get a little better and if some of it is repetitive that's ok. I love it and will watch every new episode! Proudly! Smile/happy/getting dizzy

might I say, those are classics. Really introduces you to the real Airline (before it got repetitive)...I hope we hear more FA stories and all! A&E Has to come to their senses and relaize that it is not all about drunks! (Although, in thee 3 times I've seen the first one, that first drunk...the "I come from the streets" drunk...has to be the funniest of them all!)

Yes, that guy was a pissa! I love when he said that the police where going to come and beat the crap out of him. That guy was funny. I admit the drunks do get old and toward the end of the season it seemed like A&E was grasping at straws to get something on the air. You have to realize that when the camera is rolling people do things they wouldn't normally do, if you wanted a real reality show, say like "Taxi Cab Confessions" on HBO, put hidden cameras all over the gate and see what breaks loose, you get a helluva lot more honest action! I mean some of those fares in those taxi cabs are hysterical! Smile/happy/getting dizzy
