Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any statistics on how many commercial aircraft are in service or can anyone point me to a web site on that?

What I want to know (out of sheer curiosity) -

How many Boeing aircraft are in service and on order? (from the 707 right on through to the present range).

Same for Airbus (A300 onwards), Douglas / McDonnell Douglas (DC-8 onwards) / Fokker (F28 onwards) / Convair (880 onwards) / Lockheed (Tristar) and so on for the Russian aircraft.

I think that should go for cargo variants as well...

Anyone have the information, or know where I can get it? Just interested to see how many aircraft are flying, still flying, and so on and so forth.
