I would operate Airbus 340 on all these routes so I would need about 11 or 12 of them. That would work out really well. But it would take 15+ year of sucess to grow this large and this might be a bit big for me I would like to fly to about 5 destinations from LHR and get all the business to them then grow!!

My Airline would look like this:
My main hub will be LAX
If my airline started today I would fly from
LAX-MCO (I would like a code share agreement with Air Macao to ferry the passengers to main land china)
LAX-MNL-SIN (Ill ask the Philippine government for permission to pick up pax from MNL-SIN,KUL,BGK due to lack of PR flights)
these above flights would be quicker I think than the ones operated to Osaka and hongkong by MH and TG.
I would operate a 2 class A340, leased from ILFC probably. The amount of aircraft is not known yet cause I dont know what the utilasation would be, or how many aircrafts I need for those routes.
If it would start in 2005 I would have direct flights from
LAX-MCO( keep alliance with Air Macao)
and I would operate a couple of lease A340-500/600.
