Who is the mind behind the airlines?

Simply imagine the best CEO of an airline. Which one would you like to be?

Which one of that great minds are doing great in AA, CO, MX, IB, LH, AF, anyone in the industry?

Are the "magic things" that make an specific airline a "great one" a result of a "team work", or just one brilliant mind?

I think with ANY successful venture, it is the vision of one brilliant mind but the work of a team of people, working for that common vision. This industry's history is filled with such visionaries - names like Six, Trippe, Baker, Maytag, Kelleher, Hunt, Braniff, etc. What the industry needs now is more of those visionaries to return it to its former glory (and I do not rule that occurance out either).
