A340-X Leaving SEA ...

Hey, anybody out there know who the A340 leaving SEA about 1900-1915 PDT everyday belongs to? And where she's going? Also there is a BA 74X leaving about 1830-1900 also..and where is she headed?..The both fly right over my apartments...as I live right under the flight paths I was curious...'cause it's kinda cool when I know when to turn the volume up on my tele...

The A340 is SAS and flies to Copenhagen.

LH does not fly to SEA, only to PDX and YVR closer to your area.

No LH doesn't fly to SEA. SAS and BA are the only western European carriers in SEA. The majority of the international flights in SEA are to Asia or Canada and leave midday.

If you have never designed an airplane part before, let the real designers do the work!

That is the SAS flight nr 938 for Copenhagen. It's leaves SEA at 1900.

The A340 arrives SEA usually around 4:15-ish...I'm normally on a bus heading north on I-5 at that time, and when they land on 16L or 16R, I typcially see it making its final turn over UW.

The BA flight comes in earlier...around 3pm I think.

We're practically neighbors - I live off of 240th just west of 16th. But I don't turn up the volume on the TV, I just go to the window to watch 'em fly by.

Problem is..when you're directly under the flight path...you can't see their liveries...low ceiling day's are really cool!!!
