No, my question isn't quite as simple as it sounds in the topic. Bear with me for a second.
I once read that with RR engines, the A380 is made up of approximately 50% British parts. In another source, I once read that some 50% of the parts of the A380 are supplied by American subcontrators. Judging by those two sources, I think we can conclude that the A380 is an entirely Anglo-American effort...
But seriously, does anyone have a breakdown of which countries produce what percentage of the A380's components? I know this is a tough question, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's no one source that answers this. However, I would be interested to see what countries contribute what to the manufacture of this aircraft.
